Occupational Therapist & Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Colleen, offers individual yoga sessions.
Our Yoga sessions bring together principals from Occupational Therapy and yogi practices to create individualised intervention targeting anxiety management, self esteem, flexible and positive thinking and gross motor skills. This is achieved through individual goals setting, breath work, body positions, mindfulness and relaxation practice.
If you're not sure if yoga is for you, we also have recorded yoga videos that can be available to you if you want to try it out before we work in your individualised goals.
Currently sessions are offered via our tele-health platform, and are suitable for children to do alone, with siblings, or in a family group.
