HANDWRITING GROUPS
Groups targeting handwriting for students in Prep to Grade 6
Barefoot Therapists handwriting groups are run by Occupational Therapists on the Mornington Peninsula.
This group is facilitated using a hands on, practical and sensory approach targeting the following areas:
Visual perception and visual motor integration techniques that impact handwriting
Fine and gross motor skills acquisition
Pencil grip and control
Letter formation and legibility
Letter and number reversals
Line placement, neatness and sizing
Copying from the board
Writing automation
Bookings and payment in advance required as spaces are limited.
